The Role As the Project Manager, you’ll:
• Take ownership of projects, managing profit and loss with meticulous attention to detail.
• Draw together matrix-managed teams to deliver projects efficiently, utilizing both in-house and outsourced resources.
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical programmes to meet project deliverables, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants on site activities.
• Provide regular updates and management information on project status and performance metrics.
You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in project management within the facilities management or construction industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• A thorough understanding of financial management, project lifecycle, and risk assessment.
