The Role As the Project Manager, you’ll:
• Take profit and loss responsibility for your allocated projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage matrix teams, integrating both in-house and outsourced resources to achieve project goals.
• Develop strategic plans based on recognised client processes to deliver projects effectively, maintaining management and client expectations through clear communication.
You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you’ll bring:
• Relevant experience in project management within the facilities management sector.
• Ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring project frameworks and health and safety standards are met.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
