The Role
As the Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various mechanical systems.
Conduct emergency lighting testing and assess the functionality of HVAC components.
Communicate with clients and site management regarding service issues and resolutions.
Utilize a CAFM system effectively for reporting and managing tasks.
Promote safety compliance and proactively identify system faults.

You
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring:

A mechanical qualification at level 2 (3 desirable).
Hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance.
Proficiency with HVAC systems and mechanical devices.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
A proactive approach and good teamwork abilities.
