In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective maintenance and operational efficiency, contributing directly to our service delivery and safety standards.

The Role


As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll:

  • Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities with a mix of hands-on and supervisory tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of Job Request forms and necessary permits for all works.
  • Monitor and optimise plant performance through effective maintenance systems.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and make recommendations for their appointments.
  • Promote compliance with Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
You

To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring:

  • C&G lvl 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building services and plant engineering, ideally in a maintenance craftsman role.
  • Previous experience as an Authorised Person in disciplines like LV or Mechanical Services.
  • Knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
