In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective maintenance and operational efficiency, contributing directly to our service delivery and safety standards.
The Role As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll:
Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities with a mix of hands-on and supervisory tasks.
Ensure timely completion of Job Request forms and necessary permits for all works.
Monitor and optimise plant performance through effective maintenance systems.
Oversee subcontractor performance and make recommendations for their appointments.
Promote compliance with Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
You To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring:
C&G lvl 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject.
At least 5 years of experience in building services and plant engineering, ideally in a maintenance craftsman role.
Previous experience as an Authorised Person in disciplines like LV or Mechanical Services.
Knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
