This role involves overseeing up to 40 concurrent projects, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with various teams.
The Role As the Project Manager, your role will include:
- Oversee 30–40 concurrent projects with varying scopes and contractors.
- Effectively balance the needs of all stakeholders through clear and efficient communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our supply chain partners, treating them as an extension of our team to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal FM teams to understand requirements, and engage with clients and support functions including commercial and finance teams.
You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience: - Proven ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously, each with different scopes and complexities.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience within FM project management (not construction).
