Engineering Supervisor

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based in London, Holborn.

The Role

As the Engineering Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
Working on a Mon - Fri Mornings and Afternoons, 8am - 5pm (40hrs)
Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards, ideally generators also.
Mechanical maintenance duties as and when required - AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Electrical Supervisor you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

You will hold Electrical C&G's / NVQ Level 3 (Essential), 18th Edition would be great but not essential.
At least 6+ years' experience working within the commercial FM space.
Strong communication skills, to be able to work face-to-face with the client.
Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
