Service Engineer

The Role
 
  • Servicing planned maintenance, reactive & remedial calls in line with British Standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service outcomes and recommendations.
  • Self-manage van stock to optimise first-time fix rates on job selections.
  • Report to line managers on business objectives and performance indicators.
  • Identify non-conformances during service visits and report back for quotations.
 


You
 
  • Proven experience in delivering maintenance and service-related activities.
  • Strong attention to detail with systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Understanding of British Standards, specifically BS5839.
