A leading FM provider is seeking a Shift Engineer - Electrical Bias to join their team at a prestigious static site in Central London. This role offers stability, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to work within a high-profile corporate environment.

The Role

As a Shift Engineer, you will:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across a modern, corporate office environment.
Deliver electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Support mechanical and fabric maintenance where required as part of a multi-skilled engineering team.
Monitor building management systems (BMS) and respond to alarms, faults, and system irregularities.
Ensure statutory compliance and accurate completion of all site documentation and logs.
Work closely with on-site stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships.
Participate in the callout rota (1 in 4), ensuring swift and effective resolution of urgent issues.

You

To succeed as a Shift Engineer - Electrical Bias, you'll bring:

18th Edition (Essential)
Control of Legionella or Legionella Awareness qualification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years) - Desired
One-day Fire Inspection Course - Desired
Strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial or FM environments
Ability to work effectively within a shift team and independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
